Im in for the challenge. I have this habbit of random daydreams (worst cases only) nd after reading the article i realised yes exactly. I had been wasting soo much if time in making fake scenarios while listening song, being a tragic person this that nd what not. Making a decision not to do this will be great rewiring for brain.
